About the Platform
The secure operating environment for Zotus City
Zotus Nexus is the secure investor and due diligence platform used by Zotus City Development Group Botswana (Pty) Ltd and its authorised advisers to coordinate the Zotus City programme. It is operated as a private, invitation-only environment.
Ownership and operation
The Zotus City programme, its documentation, brand and commercial rights are owned and controlled by Zotus City Development Group Botswana (Pty) Ltd (“Zotus City”). Zotus Nexus is the platform through which Zotus City makes selected materials available to approved participants for the sole purpose of evaluating and progressing the programme.
Technology partner
The Zotus Nexus platform is designed, built and maintained by Firmoby Technologies, the official technology partner of Zotus City. Firmoby Technologies is responsible for the engineering, security architecture, hosting configuration and ongoing operation of the platform on behalf of Zotus City. All Zotus City content, data and intellectual property remain the property of Zotus City.
Invitation-only access
Accounts are provisioned by Zotus City administrators. There is no public sign-up.
Private data room
Documents are stored in access-controlled, encrypted buckets and served only via short-lived signed links.
Auditable activity
Sign in, document access and administrative actions are recorded for internal audit.
Managed infrastructure
Hosting, backups and platform upgrades are managed by Firmoby Technologies under agreement with Zotus City.
